Welcome to Dodgers 411, a page dedicated to Dodgers news, views, nostalgia, and keeping you up to date on what is happening with our beloved Boys in Blue.
Dodgers 411 is run by dedicated, passionate Dodger fans. It is a place where fan participation is encouraged. Our goal is to keep fans connected with each other and with the goings-ons of the team. We also would love to provide opportunities for fans to share their own stories and talk about their own expriences.
We believe that through creating an immersive, fan-fueled experience that we provide fans the best opportunity to feel like they are connected to a greater fan community. Dodger fans tend to have a few things in common.
1.) We all love our Boys in Blue. We watch them at Dodger Stadium. We find ways to watch them on T.V., whether we have Spectrum, live far away and can get them on MLB.tv, or whether we have to take more creative measures. We listen to them in our cars on the radio while we drive around town. We read articles, listen to podcasts, watch vides, and rewatch highlights over and over again. The concept of “Live. Breathe. Blue.” is true of all of us. Dodgers 411 seeks to further allow Dodger fans to live and experience that love for Dodger baseball.
2.) We all love to know what’s going on with the team. Is there a hot prospect on the horizon? Is someone tearing it up in Rancho Cucamonga who might be with the Big Club in a couple of years? Is a big trade going down? What needs do we have to fill? How long before a key player comes back from injury? Is the Front Office looking for the next Yasiel Puig on the international market? Dodgers 411 seeks to keep our followers up-to-date on the latest information relating to the Dodgers and to share information as we receive it.
3.) We all love to have a place to discuss Dodger baseball. Whether it’s in-game discussion, who should play second base, whether or not it’s time to call up a top prospect, we love to talk about it, we love to argue about it, and we love to get insights into why or why not the team might be making moves both on and off the field. Dodgers 411 provides a place for our fans to do that. Got an opinion? We’d love to hear it.
